Setting Limits

How to Set Your Responsible Gaming Limits

Setting limits on your 990x account is quick and straightforward. Follow these steps to activate the tools that are right for you:

   Access the Platform via the 990x Login page. If you do not yet have an account, you will be prompted to complete registration and age verification before your account is activated.

   Navigate to Account Settings

   Once logged in, tap the account icon and select "Responsible Gaming" from the settings menu. All limit tools are grouped under this section for easy access.

   Choose Your Limit Type

   Select from deposit limits, session time limits, reality check alerts, cool-off periods, or self-exclusion. Enter the value and time period that suits your personal budget and playing habits.

   Confirm and Save

   Confirm your selection. Restrictive limits (lower deposit cap, shorter session time) take effect immediately. If you wish to increase a limit, a 24-hour cooling-off period applies to prevent impulsive changes during active play.

Self-Exclusion

Self-Exclusion — Taking a Longer Break

If you feel that gambling is significantly affecting your daily life, relationships, or finances, self-exclusion is the most powerful tool available to you. Once you apply for self-exclusion on 990x, your account will be immediately suspended for the period you select — a minimum of 6 months, up to a permanent exclusion with no end date. During the exclusion period, 990x will not send you any promotional offers, bonus notifications, or marketing communications.

To request self-exclusion, go to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Self-Exclusion, or contact our support team directly at [email protected] with the subject "Self-Exclusion Request". Our team will process your request within 24 hours and confirm by email. If you later wish to reactivate your account after the exclusion period has lapsed, a mandatory 7-day cooling-off and review process applies before access is reinstated.

Minor Protection

Protecting Young People from Gambling Harm

990x operates a strict 21+ age policy and enforces mandatory identity and age verification for all new account registrations. No account may be created, funded, or used to place bets by any person under the age of 21. Our verification process requires government-issued identification confirming date of birth before full account access is granted.

If you share a device or household with anyone under 21, we strongly encourage you to keep your 990x login credentials confidential, enable a secure device lock, and log out of your account after every session.
