Introduction

Agreement Between You and 990x

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and 990x ("990x", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the 990x website at https://990x.bio and all related services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

• 1.You must be at least 21 years of age. Providing false age information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• 2.You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number or email address.
• 3.You may only open and maintain one account per person. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• 4.You must agree to these Terms in full, including any updates published after your initial registration. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any amendments.

Account Rules

Account Security and Player Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 990x will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

• 1.You must notify 990x immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 990x may suspend any account pending investigation of a suspected security breach.
• 2.You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Account sharing is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
• 3.990x reserves the right to carry out KYC verification at any time. You agree to provide requested identity documentation promptly. Failure to do so may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account termination.
• 4.990x may close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
• 5.Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may contact support at [email protected]. Active bonus balances subject to wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned via your registered withdrawal method, subject to applicable KYC verification.

Payments

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

990x processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all financial transactions carried out on the Platform:

• 1.The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount is ৳200. 990x reserves the right to amend these limits at any time and will notify registered users of changes via the Platform or by email.
• 2.Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and any such deposit may be reversed, with the associated account suspended pending investigation.
• 3.Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally feasible. 990x may request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• 4.990x is not responsible for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing arising from the payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or from banking system downtime. Known processing delays will be communicated to affected players promptly.
• 5.Deposited funds that cannot be matched to a valid registered account will be held for 30 days, after which they may be forfeited if no successful claim is made. Players who believe funds have been incorrectly allocated should contact support immediately at [email protected].

Promotions

Bonus and Promotional Terms

990x offers various promotions and bonuses to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• 1.All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in each individual bonus offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• 2.990x reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion or bonus at any time without prior notice. Where a promotional offer is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, the bonus funds and wagering progress will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• 3.Bonus funds may only be used on games specified in the individual bonus offer terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in the bonus being voided. Where no game restrictions are specified, the bonus may be used on any game available on the Platform, subject to applicable RTP thresholds stated in the offer terms.
• 4.Bonus abuse — including use of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, collusion with other players to exploit bonus terms, or exploitation of a Platform error — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings, and may be referred to relevant authorities.

Prohibited Conduct

Activities Strictly Prohibited on the 990x Platform

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 990x and will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to permanent termination and legal action:

• 1.Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by 990x, including automated wagering, screen scraping, or data harvesting.
• 2.Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity with other players or third parties designed to circumvent fair play protocols or obtain an unfair financial advantage.
• 3.Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity. 990x is committed to AML compliance and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• 4.Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or tamper with any part of the Platform, including its software, security systems, RNG mechanisms, or API infrastructure.
• 5.Registering on behalf of another person, providing false personal information, or impersonating any individual or entity in connection with your use of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 990x, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if 990x has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

990x does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms limits 990x's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Amendments

Amendments to These Terms and Governing Law

990x reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you continue to use the Platform after any amendment has been published, you will be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms in full. Where an amendment materially affects your rights, 990x will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the Platform or by email in advance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming and electronic commerce in the jurisdiction in which 990x operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 990x's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory.
